Hi all. I plan to file BK but haven't as of yet. I will be served my foreclosure summons tomorrow. I have 20 days to repond. Should I? Part of me would like to hire an attorney and see how long I can drag it out or if they will lower my mortgage payment to what renting an apartment would be and lower my note to what the house is really worth which is about half of what I owe. The other part of me says to just walk away.

With some research online you can probably put together the responses you need to delay the foreclosure.
