Ok, so after reading and reading and reading I figured I'd register.

DH and I filed joint BK, we have had our 341, and our 60 day Dec 26th.

We have 2 kids. Not sure what anyone would want to know so feel free to ask me questions!

Welcome, how did your 341 meeting go? What happened? Anyone get grilled? Hope you get a belated Xmas gift ... a discharge

It was really quick. The lawyer was a bit ticked that we took our two small kids. (2.5 years and 6 months at the time) They had me wait in the hallway with the girls until it was our turn. We were complimented by guy doing it that we had lovely, well behaved children.

They directed all the questions to my dh to answer for both of us. That was a bit insulting since I'm the one that does the check book. The guy asked dh "what are you going to do about the van?" Dh starts in "well sir, that's my family vehicle, we...." so I stopped him and looked at the guy and said "we're going to reaffirm it" they guy told me thank you and moved on.

It look less than 5 minutes.
