I am going to step out on a limb and make a guess that this poster is a bot of some sort.

I have seen many of these kinds of posts popping up on forums I belong to.

they are all "excited" and "plan to share their experiences" but never, EVER, directly refer to the board, its contents, or its goals.

Just a guess, and I can only wonder at the purpose.
