I guess it's a matter of perspective. We loved Montana and to us there are not many that have come close, at least yet.

So?
I say he served his time and so what.
In my opinion he is no worse than America's team a few years ago with players testing positive for drugs every time they turned around. They still played right or wrong.
He**, Dallas had to ad another team position on the roster for sometime, they called it Bail Bondsman!

seriously? Farve? has there ever been a bigger ego-maniac, all about me, screw the team, i wanna whine, I wanna quit, I don't wanna quit, waa-waa-waa. this baby needs to grow up and act his age... which is quite advanced. or maybe at least complete more than 1 pass a game like he just did for the Viks! I'm from Iowa (well, used to live there) and used to root for the Vikings, now I'm definitely going to say GO GREEN!Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007
Plan Modified July 8, 2009 from $1100/month to $400/month due to change in income, finally discharged in July of 2013!

But in response, I actually like players who are decent people, not criminals or egotistical crybabies, but your point that there are a lot worse players in the NFL is well-taken. My point is that I'm tired of the yearly drama-queen theatrics of Farve. It's sad that a good quarterback never made it to the big show, but that happens all the time.Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007

I can't stand Favre cause he quit on the Jets. I went to the game last year in the rain against Denver, stood there waiting for the magic to happen. Nothing. Not sure if it was old age or lack of interest but their playoff run just died. Of course it could just be the Jets curse. But I tend to think he quit on them at the end of last season. I'd rather see the dog abuser in Philly than Favre back anywhere.filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!

Did you see the illegal and unnecessary block Brett Favre threw at Eugene Wilson's knees? He doesn't want to quit the game at 40, but is ok with potentially ending another's career because he's too much of a sissy to tackle a guy smaller than him legally... if the rib hurts that much, stay off the field, don't compensate by playing dirty.Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007

ok, so i was watching a sports show this morning, and they had a pretty good explanation. Brent would have gone to MN last year but the Packers still had his rights, and wouldn't let him. So he went to the Jets to get free of them. I'm not sure who is worse, the Jets or Brent Farve. Both leave a bad taste.filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!
