We also are passing through Mortgage issues and the Lender's rep and i have talked for HOURS. She has been giving me her story. No other bill problems. My paycheck has gone down considerably, not the base check but the 27 years of constant OT is gone.

20 Foreclosures in my TH complex of 104 homes. Highest sale $260,000.00. Last foreclosure sale of a 4bdr. two story unit (ours include a 36 x 24 fenced backyard which you own) was $48,000.00. Just saw another sign in a window six doors down today. My neighbor moved to her smaller unit in Coral Springs about 1 year seven months ago. Her renters (excellent caretakers and neighbors BTW) lost their jobs and moved with family upstate. 90 days and NO lookers at her place, NONE.

I'm with you and he wants longevity, mine is obviously 2.7%. It's not to be greedy but it is not a constant coffee break. It is sometimes over 100 degrees in our facility, we struggle to get things moving. It is the core of people with conscience who keep us running, the mayor has slapped those who love the County and who have a true "vested" interest in not stealing and doing their job.
