PDF editors

I've seen a few mention using PDF editors when completing their petitions. I think one mentioned was PDFill, among others. Does anyone know if you can use such programs to edit a previously saved PDF file (meaning to change data/info that you inserted into the form and then saved)?

You can download a trial of Adobe acrobat pro from adobe.com that will allow you to save and edit for 30 days with out buying.
