    Leadership job but less pay?

I have an opportunity to become an hourly paid manager with the same company I currently work for, but its less money than I make now by about $400 a month. I would like to file a ch 13 and have figured a budget with enough left over for a payment. This new position would be 9 hours per day instead of 11 and would be much less physically demanding. I know I need to tweak my budget some to make sure the payment is enough for the trustee to accept but would I have to wait a few months to show less income before I file? Do you think this feasible?
I am not old but the work is getting harder every day so the new spot is appealing in this way.
Please throw your own spit wad to see if it sticks to.
    11/23/'10-filed ch 13. 1/6/'11-341, confirmed. Below median. Plan completed 11/30/2015. DISSCHARGED 4/4/2016.JP

You probably would have to wait until the average showed lower income to be in the best position.
