Why wasn't this in the US news? Billionaires meet in secret & talk of pop. control?

Does anyone have any problems with folks like Oprah and Ted Turner using the media to possibly present hidden agendas? Nahhh, that never happens does it? Does anyone have a problem with population control? I saw a bumper sticker today, something like "Religion is what keeps the poor from killing the rich".

Ultimately there is a undercurrent of danger. It is possible we will have a French Revolution type moment when finally the poor and middle classes rise up and wipe out the rich and elite. I had a friend many years ago who used to tell me another civil war was coming. At the time I thought he was a bit touched in the head I admit, but as time has passed and events have unfolded I've come to realize that it is actually becoming more possible.

It wasn't mentioned because many of these people own the media, imo.

I happened to be overseas during the coverage of the Microsoft antitrust dispute and coverage there was far different than it was here in the states, particularly reporting in my own backyard, the Seattle tv stations. I've also noticed vague coverage when it comes to Boeing. I stopped watching American news years ago with the exception of the Newshour. I use BBC for international news.
