How to handle/approach snooping co-worker?

I am the kind of person to not rock the boat and let it go unless it becomes a continued problem. I've always allowed my work performance to speak for itself. Almost always, I don't need to stand up for myself, because a supervisor will quickly do it given my work ethic and history.
