didnt get the job..vent

Hi All:

I am here to say 'keep on keeping on'. I am 56 years old, about to turn 57.

I was passed over for a job I am super over-qualified for. Reason: Age.

No one wants to hire me when they *think*--they never talked to me--I will probably retire in 10 years.

They hired a 30 yr old who indicated he isn't staying more than a year.

So hang in there as much as you can. Good luck to all.

well i just applied to 4 more positions that have been posted....so we will see what happens now!
