Many folks are chemcial sensitive and unaware of it. And that includes not only chemcials but chemcials in drugs also.

I am a chemcial sensitive person. Cleaning, aerosal cans, candles, fumes, etc. Plus being sensitive to chemicals in drugs given to me by doctors.

I read all side effects, etc, involving each drug I take. Some I have refused to take, especially those put in a vein. I have had some bad reactions to drugs over the years.

No body knows my body better than I do. Doctors can prescribe, but that doesn't mean I have to take it or tell them to suggest something different, especially when it comes to new ones on the market.

Lots of drugs (new on the market) are being recalled and took off the market for one reason or another.

Sometimes the "cure" is more dangerous than the "ailment".......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

The world came here a long time ago. Just now more of us know about it thanks to TV and forums such as this.

        It is sad though.

I wonder how many people realise that the vast majority of drugs are tested on less than 3000 human subjects before the drug is approved....

The real dangers aren't usually seen until the drug is out in the much larger general population (iow, post-marketing studies).

It appears that those that kill children are of the mind set that they are "saving" them from some terrible future. Man can get his mind to justify virtually anything he does. - jb

But it's always blame the lawyers. Nooo, what it really means is that the elite and powerful don't want the little man or woman to fight for their natural rights, so a psyops war is being waged to make folks think it is wrong to fight for their natural rights and fight against wrongs. I was going to comment on Kerrie's statement as well but you did a very good job.

The press has fallen into the trap set by large corps by talking about the large settlements to law suites over the years - without saying that in reality very few of them actually end up paying those settlements. They stall and continue to fight in court for years and years to keep from paying - all the while the person that was suppose to get the settlement has to keep paying legal fees to just get what is suppose to be theirs. They usually end up taking far, far less just to get it over with.

These large settlements are a way for the people to try and get the attention of large corps and force them to change their ways but these settlements have become a cost of doing business and the intent of the suite - to try to get them to change what they are doing wrong - goes right out the window, i.e., Ford Motors and the Pinto gas tanks and lately all the vehicles catching fire. It was several years before they got around to a recall of vehicles and started to fix the problem.

But your comment about trying to keep the little guy from his rightfully ability to file is what is at stake - and a major push from the Republican party to stop this type suites. The big corps are getting rewarded well for all those lobby dollars - to both parties. - jb

                Psyops attack?!

<---is one of the "little people" who have had reason to sue, went ahead and sued, AND received the correct verdict and award. Valid causes of action are fine - I don't think anyone can dispute the importance of having the right to rectify an unjust situation. But that inherent right to sue does not justify every person in the union wanting to sue every time something bad happens.

                But psyops attack?

This is where I very diplomatically back out of this conversation.

(fwiw, it's not "blame the lawyers". It's "blame people who insist that someone has to be blamed for every tiny little issue")

back with the original post... my son (the middle one) suffers from depression. they are currently monitoring his meds as are we. It is hard to say when it comes to depression. My other two sons have grabbed life and hobbies by the horns and are fine, they keep occupied and relax at times also, yes they have emotions to but are not locked up and hiding. I went through years of it but not to that extent. I take lexapro and it seems to handle my anxiety well (10mg). I take Xanax (0.5mg I'm a big person) only afew times a month at maybe 7pm just to relax. I've never had an addictive personality or that type of thing.

I think all of us suffer from some form of depression at times, I thinks it is just part of our "fallen" world.

I have a coworker who had no physical problems but collapsed at work several times due to stress and honestly believed he would die. He bought a small, very small, boat to relax and for the last several years has been fine. he, like me has also has money woes. I get into my photography and plants to relax. I'm no great gardener or photographer but it is what i love. Those things have helped me a billion percent. I don't enjoy every town i photograph but i enjoy the moments and the quest to create an image that others may enjoy (i guess that is the only way to put it).

My "tiny girl" Princess the long haired chihuahuah and Sandy the bulbous nosed oversized tongue lab/shep help alot also but even they have their off days.

This man must have felt trapped, as do we all at times and the world must have been collapsing in on him in his eyes. There was a way out but he could not see it. Sorry, so sorry for him and his children and wife.
