How quick can get divorced with both parties are ok with it,no haggle

It depends on the state I believe. I got divorced in MD in 96 and it was a quick one. We did have to be separated for one year before we could file though. Once that was over the court part took 3 months from start to finish. All that was just waiting time to get a court date.Yo ho, Yo ho, a pirates life for me

It all depends in what state you reside and how long you have resided there. States differ also in the time of separation (some require one year, some six months). You also have to reside in a state a certain number of months._________________________________________
