    UPDATE,

We still have folks here in KY with no electric yet, some still with no water since the pumps won't work to pump the water too. Some of the rural area were REALLY POUNDED, and major load of trees down everywhere.

Folks will be cleaning up trees way up in the spring. And repairing damages as soon as they can.

Unfortunately several people (quite a few) have died from carbon monioxide (can't spell) poisoning here in Ky from running generators. How sad..... all their trying to do is keep warm. Last week the weather was in the 60's and give all the work crews good weather to work in, but cold weather is coming back starting tonight again. And snow for the weekend.

I'm READY for spring............... BRING IT ON!!!!!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

What a terrible tragedy, Minny Nature can certainly be cruel. We've had ice storms like yours in our area of the midwest too - they take a huge toll that goes on for months and months. The broken trees are terribly scarred for years.
