does anyone know the phone # of the department at MetLife (firstHorizon)
that is handling their loan modifications?

I've called their mortgage 800 number and no one even knows what "hardship" means, and I keep getting transferred around in circles.

I need the fax or phone so my counselor can submit a loan modification request.
