    Finally I have a little peace of mind

    As most of you know, I've (almost) suffered through my chapter 7 and still have tax issues to deal with and with plenty of researching I've finally found a local Enrolled Agent to help me with my issues. I don't think I would have faired well if I attempted to deal with the IRS myself and this guy retired from the IRS after 20+ years and is really patient and gives me a little peace so that I don't worry around the clock like before.

    According to this guy, I have more than one option to pursue unlike what I originally thought. Thank you guys again for the moral support. This might not be such a bad year after all.

        That's very good to hear. From past stories of the IRS, sounds like you got someone who knows the ins' and outs' of the system. Should be very helpful.

          If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

            Glad to hear Hope is alive and well, may this year be better than last
            May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
            July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
            September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
