    Call me sick, call me demented, but I found this so freakin' hysterical I had to pass

    it along....I found it while doing what ever I was doing on the internet when not on the forum...After reading this and wiping the tears down my cheek from laughing so hard, I had to pass it along to you guys...

      I cain't say you are not demented, but truly, I've been there. The last time I refused to be put out so I watched the whole thing on TV while the Doctor and two of the most beautiful nurses I have ever seen, were reaming their way into ecstasy. I told the Doc that I would pay double if the tall nurse could do the job.
      If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

        Uusally I am sort of "Ho hum, they say it's this funny, but it'll be less as usual. But hey, humor is good"

        OMG I WAS LAUGHING SO HARD I WAS CRYING!!!!!

        That was D. Barry at one of his finest (Amazing how a personal true story, is always funnier then imaginary!)personal observations of life!!!!!

          Dave Barry is an excellent writer. He did an article several years ago about Genealogy that was hysterical.

                  So glad your all as demented as I am...lol...My story well I put that off for as long as I could..The prep wasnt as bad as everyone said, but the procedure was. I had a nightmare the night before (knowing I didnt have a real clue how they were going to do what they were going to do). My nightmare actually came true..yes I woke up...OMG it was aweful. I told them my fear and I needed alot of drugs but it still happened...Next time its lights out for me...give me a general or give me death....lol..Glad I posted it and your all laughing..Cheers

                      I guess this story is funny if you had or are about to have the procedure done.

                          Seriously, I had done all the prep, and all that agony the night before, then I go in the next morning--and they weren't ready for me!

                          So, I am sitting around waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and there was a snack table in the waiting room. Without thinking, I ate about half a saltine cracker, when the nurse came for me, saw me with the cracker, and said, "Oh no, we can't take you now. You're going to have to go home and be rescheduled!"

                          We live more than an hour's drive away from the facility, and I have to rent a motel room the night before to prep. There was no way I was going to go through all that for nothing. I said: "No way am I going to come back. I only ate half a cracker. If you don't want to use anesthesia, FINE! I'll sign whatever you want." I did and that was what happened. All the results came back fine. 'Hub
