Fleas on the dog! (I just HAD to say that!..>errrr..You Do understand don't you??)

Happy Christmas/Yule/Kwanzaa/Huankka or however you'd spell it..Can you tell I'm NOT Jewish??

But most of all, may one and all see the benefit of what your ridding yourself of and reclaiming your self and respect for your life and living.

May we ALL count our blessings and good fortune regarding all the things in our lives THAT are not connected to money issues.

Temp financial problems can be resolved in time, but feelings of the heart and mind need to be nurtured and cherished.

Home and family are among the best and most important things in life for most people.

I wish you ALL the best for the holidays. Love of family, children, friends, and pets, good health, and the sense to appreciate all of it to the fullest.

May we all share the most important things in life - home and family......and worry AFTER THE HOLIDAYS about the things we can't do anything about....

Bankruptcy is just a temp "stumbling block" in our lives, and we should treat it as such......

The best to you from my house to yours.......................

Mrs. C and I wish to extend our best wishes to those who have helped us most without expectation of reward or payment. Merry Christmas.

And here is another Christmas blessing:

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

                              Christmas Wishes and Divinty Recipe

What more can be said, Great friends from here, no Ch-13 (closed Nov this year) and now a look ahead to a GREAT 2009. Keep your heads held high, hold your love ones close and always, Love everyday we are alive...

Now, if you love VERY SWEET things than this is for you.

                              Divinity:

                              2 2/3 Cups Sugar
                              2/3 Cup light corn Syrup
                              1/2 Cup Water
                              2 Egg Whites
                              1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2/3 Cup Broken Nuts (Pecans, walnuts, un-salted cashews) *Optional

Stir Sugar, corn syrup and water over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cook without stirring, to 260 degrees on candy thermometer or until small amount of mixtures dropped into very cold water forms a hard ball. In mixer bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Continue beating while pouring hot syrup in a thin stream into egg whites. Add vanilla, beat until mixture holds its shape and becomes slightly dull. Mixture may become too stiff for mixer. Fold in nuts. Drop mixture from tip of buttered spoon onto wax paper.

For a festive touch, add red/green sprinkles when dropping on wax paper (second person helping is best).

May 2009 be as sweet as this.
