The ice arrived right on schedule here, just 20 miles south of you, on Sunday.
It's about a 1/2" thick coating on the falling tree branches where I am. Plus 12" of snow underneath, and more snow/ice coming this week.

Got about a foot over the course of 3 days. Just stopped snowing last night and it started Friday afternoon. Now it's 18 degrees with a windchill that would make it feel below zero.

Well winter has "smacked us down" here in KY.......
No snow yet, no ice storm till tomorrow, but temps are -7 degrees right now........ A CHILLY COMMUTE THIS MORNING......

Starting to feel like Christmas around here......

Sooooooo, bundle up/dress warm folks, remember the pets get cold too (make room for them inside if possible) - show a little kindness.

Don't be out on slick roads, just to get a pack of smokes, etc. The life you save may be your own or someone else's........

          BE CAREFULL OUT THERE!!!!!!!

I really need to invest in a snow blower...shoveling tons of heavy, wet snow just ain't cutting it! I can never appreciate the size of my drive way until it snows. lol
