I love this place and appreciate the great job the Mods do.
I recently asked a general question in another Forum about Offers in Compromise with the IRS and the answers proved why this forum is so great. There were no Mod's and the obscene and random rude comments were rampant. It shows how little some people don't care because there were a few good comments, but the majority of them ranged from "pay your bills" to calling me a deadbeat.
Having suffered through a bankruptcy, it has opened my eyes to many things and I have the utmost compassion and understanding for posters here because they are suffering through losing their homes and jobs or struggling with keeping food on the table and simply seek advice or a few kind words of encouragement.
The other forum made me realize that this will always be a safe place for many of us to exchange information and to be heard without getting attacked and belittled for our financial misfortunes. It also makes me wonder what people REALLY think about those of us forced to file BK.
Some people are just insensitive and don't understand until they are forced into the same situation.
