Strange... Owe Amex close to $200k and just checked my latest credit report from 2 agencies and cant find anything on there from Amex just some closed older Amex accounts. Wonder if they have my social wrong? Most of my other creditcard accounts are already listed as closed once we told them we were filing. We have not paid anyone in over 70 days and only one missed payment has been reported so far. Guess once the BK hits it will plummet even more but I am still at a 632...

If these are business accounts (sole proprietor or other where you're a guarantor only), then they report to Dun & Bradstreet... until you go into default. Even after default, it takes a few months to show up on your personal credit.
Note, that credit reporting agencies work on name, address and social security number for the most part. They have other methods to "tie" an account to you.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Yes, These were sole prop business accounts under my social. Did not know that they report them differently.
