Southernbelle I am sorry this all happened to you and all your friends down there. These storms scare me when I see they are going to hit. My cousin lives in Houma and I know she had to leave her house for awhile and is still with out electric as far as I know.

The loss of those groceries breaks my heart too. I know exactly what you mean, our has slow gotten stocked by buying meat and groceries marked down, that is how we survive now. Too lose all that would be devastating.

I wish you the best belle, I hope soon you will have your electric back. That you can return to some kind of normalcy in your life.

I always wanted to live down south but after seeing the relentless storms that are hitting the region over the past month I am beginning to have my doubts. Belle, I wish you and family the best and I hope the situation down there improves very soon.
