I lost my mother on Valentines Day 2006. She was 54.
There are not words to describe such a loss, but it CAN get easier, and little better as time passes. My key was talking about her to others, eventhough it wasn't always easy. Now I can talk about her without tears, while some other family members can barely mention her name.
