Favorite screen name/avatar/signature

You guys/gals are all so creative with your screen names, avatars, and signatures. It puts a "face" on each of us, and tells something about our personalities. I could not imagine if you were all "user #12435", etc. So in this spirit I just wanted to ask, What is your favorite....(on this forum)...

1) screen name? could be funny, tricky, or just fit the person to a "T".

2) avatar?

3) Signature?


Also, this is a good opportunity to explain your screen name (as some of them drive me crazy trying to figure them out, lrprn anyone?), avatar (significance), and signature (if needed).

For me its...

1) PoorgrammyinBK , it makes me laugh (No offense)

2) Toss up between LaJazz947 and HHM. For the prior, its a crazy picture. I imagine him looking just like that, its the kind of picture that makes me look at it and scares me as well (I could imagine a nightmare with the "crazy money guy" chasing me). For HHM, well lets just say I used to love to drink (the picture makes me feel 'all warm inside")

3) MommyIcantfindmy, regardless of where the quote came from, I think it is so relevant "If money talks it aint on speaking terms with me'


For my screen name, I wanted to include the words Pro se, and I just added the "priceless" as a quantifier. I didnt even realize until recently that it was "prose" (poetry/writing/whatever) and had a double meaning. My avatar was some random picture I found of a bunch of avatars. My signature is a poor attempt at satire (obviously)

1) Toss up between Catchmeifyoucan (always makes me laugh) I have an image of a man in a business suit who works in a brokerage. Also, Whatmoney (Makes me laugh also). My image is someone who looks like the guy sitting next to me in the coffee shop, quirky sense of humor, reading emails on his laptop.

2) I like Bmrigs avatar. The burning money.

My screen name is my life. I think I heard it called out as I was making the account. (Just so you have an image)...I am a crazy red headed Mom usually jacked up on coffee so I can run after my kids, clean house, make dinner, finish the laundry, check my email, buy the groceries and look presentable when I am off to a kids music concert or play. My avatar is my child's art work.

1) actually priceless prose (which i got right away) has been my recent fave - i have an english degree...might be why ;). before that, help! always caught my eye.

2) angelinacathub's titanic avatar - ahaha.

3) my screen name isn't very original, but the photo is one i took almost ten years ago of a lonely flower in the badlands; it reminds me that life is beautiful. sniff.

Hi there... I will have to do some thinking about my favs--it's been a long day so thinking is out of the question right now, but I will explain my screen name for anyone who is interested: 8 years ago I had the misfortune of going thru a ch 13--so long ago and pre-current laws that I can't even help anyone much, but, my Trustee's name was Martha and whenever my dh and I would speak of THE SITUATION we would always refer to it as "Martha" because our kids wouldn't have a clue as to what we were talking about. So, when I signed on to this excellent place, never knowing I would stick around, that's what I came up with........... Great thread, by the way, I've wondered the same thing...and I'm so dull I don't even have anything beyond a screen name..I'll have to work on that, I'm really not that boring

Soleprop, Actually I like your avatar as well, it makes me sad! But any emotion is better than none. Similarly, movies that make you cry (not me mind you because im a man ) are a good thing right?

3) I like mine, (it reminds me why I'm here ), and I like BassBoy's Mark Twain quote - "A Banker is a fellow who will lend you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain" -- because I was in lending, and I know it's true.

Having been here for nearly 3 years now, I've seen so many different screen names, avatar's and siggy's that I don't think I could pick just one for each.......probably couldn't pick my top 3, 4 or 5 there are so many fav's. What I can say about this is, everyone's way of coming up with screen names, avatar's and siggy's is interesting and unique.

My screen name came from my friends when I started to play the Bass Guitar a few years ago. They play together in a band and they've let me sit-in and jam with them numerous times over the last 12 years and they started calling me Bass Boy Jr....so.....I thought BassBoy would be a cool screen name along with the Hands Playing avatar. BTW, I only dabble with the Bass Guitar, I'm actually a drummer.......of 23 years! Oh, and another BTW, if you look at my Public Profile, I'm the guy behind the drums when I filled for my friend one night at a show.

catchmeifyoucan, because I wish I could just run from my debt and they could try and catch me.

minnymouth cause it reminds me of mickey mouse an all time fav.

Bassboy cause I have a son who dreams of being the next great band member. And just to add he's very good, self taught and he "rocks".



The list could go on forever I think, so many good ids on here. The avatars are another whole story, I do love the ones that show pets, those are probably my favs cause I am a huge pet lover.

Those of you who were fans of the former series West Wing on TV (with Martin Sheen), you will know what "Flamingo" means - I ended up with the nickname due to that....I tried to upload a Flamingo picture but had such a hard time with it just gave up - LOL! So Rorshack, our house king cat and romeo, is on there for now...

I think the screen name Cali is my favorite because it makes me think of a calico cat.

I like Froggs, and HHM's. Well there are so many I like and LaJazz is silly and looks like he/she talks so I look forward to that one as I smile every time I see LaJazz.

I picked my Titanic Avitar as it is a symbol to me; the unsinkable ship flaunting the power of God, yet recover in that within it's "doom" has become the most famous success in the World. Titanic indeed has save many a life in that in it's doom laws were made to keep that tragedy from happening again.

My sig is three things, One is that nothing lasts forever, as this too shall pass and we will have learned much for the experience. The CC picture is my intense hate of those as a seduction and thievery of wealth to the weak as we were, and the last is my disclaimer I sure don't know enough to keep out of this mess, and I am so thankful to have found this place with people with the same problems in different ways as I have. All in all, I like the Avitars and pen names of everyone, because I like every good person here. 'Hub

That is one of my favorites because that has been my life for over a year now...this huge titanic taking a year to plunge to its death, with all those people screaming & crying for help & no one could help them. It belongs to AngelinaCatHub. I laughed when I first saw it (good smile laugh) because that was the cruise that not even god could sink...and it sunk!

There are a couple of more that I really like that I can relate to this whole BK mess, but will need to search for them & get back.
