    did you put the

    city vehicle sticker tax?

I saw the state one for tags but many cities today also have another tax where you put the little sticker in your window so you can park in the city & in in your own driveway where you pay tax on the driveway & city parking spot.

My cell phone just went up 2.50 in tax in one month because the gubberment wants more of my money. I suppose everyone elses did too?

& then there are also the tolls that people pay every day, which is like a tax if you wish to use the road you pay another toll/tax or you don't use it.

I saw the liquor tax but there is also a tax on wine if you are out & buy a bottle of wine or champagne at your table you will pay a tax or maybe two taxes for having it opened & sold to you at the restaurant...this is different from the liquor tax.

I saw the food liscencse tax but there is also a tax in some states right at the grocery store where they pay tax on groceries & is usually different from the regular sales tax by the state.

there are a couple of more to add to the list.

Good points Bandit. We can also put there inflation which is the hidden tax.

It's gonna get worse in Los Angeles. They want to start charging tax on all services, inlcuding hair cuts, manicures, anything that is a service.

Plus our Dear Governor, who promised NEVER to raise taxes, is now going to sign a bill that cuts back state employee's wages to minimum wage to cover for his own ineptness. Apparently there is a law on the books that allows that in the event that the state can't reach a budget. Supposedly these people would eventually be paid back---but c'mon, the way things are going, nothing short of a miraculous dot com type like boom will ever make that happen.

They say California has the highest taxes. Someone has to pay for all the illegals living there.

Where's my rebate check ? Gas has doubled from $2 to $4 a gallon and gas tax revenues collected doubled with no increase in expense so where's my rebate check and reduction in gas tax to the level collected at $2 a gallon ? They must be having trouble figuring out how to print a check again.

Don't forget about all the 'fact-finding' junkets YOUR congress-people take all over the world to the exotic places--on YOUR tax dollar, while flying first class or private jet and staying at the best hotels.

They get to build more roads and bridges to nowhere.
That is the kind of thing that gets people angry...they tax us for their own gluttonies, build a bridge using our tax money, then 20 years later sell the bridge to china to pay for what?... Their own misuse & abuse. ..as the older bridges collapse & become unsafe to use...

                          Hello?

Are you saying the government is mismanaging trillions of dollars ? Shouldn't our government look into this serious issue and take swift action ? Oh wait they're the same people. How'd that happen.

exactly...it is the same people & it happened because the people keep voting the same people/system into office, as if they actually trust it...& there is more...I just get tired of explaining it
