    got about a week before my first CC discharge :(

    That's right. The time limit is here and my WAMU credit card account is about to get charged off. After that, a couple more CC accounts since I had no choice but to stop paying on them at the same time.

    I don't know what to expect now They say it'll stay 7 years on my credit report. I still have no job so I hope collections co's don't start coming after me to sue me if I can't pay right now...

    Are you planning on filing bankruptcy? Or are you hoping to handle the charge-offs and movement of accounts into collections on your own since it sounds like (at least for now) that you are judgement-proof?

      Seems that it's so expensive just to go BK so I'm stuck on the train tracks
