    Patriots or Giants???

Survey: Who will win the Superbowl?

    #2
We will be pulling for the Giants next Sunday. Should be interesting with Brady's air cast sighting and missed practices. We are Steeler's fans and have no real investment in game- just hoping for a good show!

The only sport i follow (call me a geek) is horse racing. I think the Pats are supposed to be perfect in every way, so as a sporting type I'll go for the Giants. (Don't know much about football, but a snow game sounds fun.) They don't line up and build a snowman at half-time, do they?

Sad season for me. I detest the Giants because they knocked my team out of the play-offs (Tampa Bay Bucs) and I don't like the Patriots because I don't like "perfect" teams either. What to do, what to do. Can't miss the Super Bowl, I LOVE pro football. I will have to pick one of the teams before next Sunday!

Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

                Giants all the way!

And I'll admit that my reason is that I don't want ANY team to beat the Dolphins' perfect 1972 season. What a year that was! The Dolphins won the Super Bowl to complete their perfect season, I graduated from college, and I got married. A memorable year.

                Go Giants!

I don't like either team so it's going to be like voting for the president, which one do you dislike the least? Eli is a whiner-baby (haven't like him since he refused to play for San Diego, insisted he go to NY, then complains about how mean the NY media is to him, gee, too bad!) but Belichick is a total a$$, can't stand him either.

I guess I'll go with the Pats just so we don't have to hear about the Dolphins every year as the last undefeated team goes down anymore. I know a team with a 1-15 record this year needs something to fall back on, but Shula really put his foot in his mouth (I usually like him, but thought he was wrong in this case) when he said the Pats whole season is tainted because of the tape scandal in week #1. I mean, you can argue that their previous seasons, or even prior Superbowls, are tainted by Belichick's cheating, but considering the scrutiny they have faced as a result all season long, their current season is probably squeaky-clean compared to just about everyone else in the league. I know he's backtracked on it, but it was just so desperate as a way to keep anyone from topping his season that it was sad. Hmm.. but I'm still going to have a real hard time rooting for the Pats, maybe if I pretend Eli is Peyton I can make myself root for the Giants? Dang, I wish Green Bay, or even the Cowboys were in it!

I really don't like either team. Can't stand Bellichek because he cheats and doesn't seem to care that anyone knows it. I'm not crazy about the Giants, but guess I'll root for Archie's boy even though they knocked off one of my favorite teams.

(BTW, my other favorite team is the Saints but they will go to the Super Bowl when "you know where freezes over!"

                      Jane,

I feel yuor pain being a Saint's fan, I'm a Cleveland Browns fan and my husband is a Detroit Lions fan! I know they both had ok seasons this year (as did the Saint's last year) but it's rough being a fan of the teams that rarely even break even in the win/loss ratio for the year!

I liked the one with the baby tapping on the keyboard, and burping up the milk at the end.
