Sounds like your best option under the circumstances.

Who/what is bhph? Happy to help if we knew what this is.

BHPH stands for buy here, pay here............

I'm sure they do some kind of credit check or want money upfront......for a downpayment....

If you couldn't keep up the payments on your other car, how are you going to pay weekly on a car????

Was the car they repo a new one??? Why didn't you just turn it back in?????????

I bought a new one, it was a lemon, and I made them come and get it............got my downpayment back, and never paid another dime on it.... not on credit report either......

Having a repo may make it difficult for you to purchase a car from anyone.......... or getting credit to purchase one.....

You might get one thru BHPH but the first payment your late, they'll come get it..........

You have to ask the BHPH people, careful they are generally skanks. The whole deal is to sell and repo the unit several times and do some cash deals to pay bills.

The problem may be paying the deficiency on the car that got repo'd. You have to pay it, they sic the Atty on you faster than they try to collect the back payments.

Can you get the vehicle out of hoc in some way? I know at the moment it may be stupid to ask but if you have to make a 1k dp to the BHPH...

ok just my 2 cents here. My daughter went to a dealership that guaranteed he could get her financed. Well they put her into a car with a "box" that if you don't pay, they can shut off your car. Her payments were high and every 2 weeks. She could not handle it so I took them over. She now has perfect car payment history because of my ontime payments for her. (I know but have had so many repo's just didn't want another one) So. . . . be careful. Those buy here pay here are not all they are cracked up to be. The one we have reports to transunion but many do not. The bi weekly payments have been a budget buster as well. You might have just as much success by going to a dealership and getting a decent used car the right way. Even Drive Financial would finance you I bet with 2500.00 down payment. In addition, we are paying triple what the car is worth and now can't get out from under it. I still owe 6600 on this car that isn't worth anything right now cause it needs a new gas tank. It runs but that is about all it does.

Just pay something reliable for cash...you should be able to find something that will get you from point A to B for under $4,000 if you look around.

Just a thought......try lending tree or capital one blank check...YOU NEVER KNOW IF THEY'VE REPORTED YET!! Long shot but worth a try to apply but you should do it ASAP.
