Where in the world is the SNOW?

I'm in MI and we've had 2 tiny snow falls that melted the day after. Yeah, big snow storm they told us.

I can't get into the mood without snow. Where is it? Someone can send me some.

Snow just aggravates me. Please come over & warm up my car every day, brush off the windows & top, shovel my steps & driveway, throw some salt on the steps so I dont fall down.
I have plenty, about 8 inches in one day. You can have all of it & the ice, the slush the dirty brown & yellow muck too.
You can have all of it for the next 5 months for FREE.

How so many people love snow I will never understand. My aunt spent the night & I was laughing so hard at her because she always says she likes the snow & she had to shovel her way out this morning & brush off from the snow plows that went by, complaining all the way.
I asked, "Do you like this better or summer better?"

She says, "I like spring & fall."
I am laughing now, "This is fall, you have three more weeks of fall."

      Easy to see why.

Retired, Stay-home-Mom, Not Working, Unemployed = Like Snow to enjoy weather looking/feeling... relax/cool away..

Working, Busy, Travel, Drivers = Hate Snow, messy, dirty, salt, and traffic delay/accident...

I like snow the first day when its pretty white and covering ther trees. Then it gets ugly. Brown slush, yellow doggy spots....we have two inches right now in NJ and thats RARE this early. It was lovely last night but this morning when my bum hit the cement trying to take the dog to the bus stop w/my daughter I was NOT a happy camper. Plus, my DH and I have two newspaper routes at 3am. This was NOT fun this morning. The roads were not slated and most came down as sleet and the roads were skating rinks.
I like spring...lol. Summer is to humid here and we dont have central air, and winter in NJ means ice & sleet, rarely measurable snow. Fall makes my allergies awful. Cant it stay May??? IF I had to pick between Florida or North Dakota weather though it would be tough! Can I pick Hawaii???

I hate snow!!! I lived in Western New York State for years and had to deal with "lake effect snow" Ugh!!

Now I live where I am lucky to see 12-17 inches a year. You can keep it.

Snow is only pretty in a picture

I hate snow too. It snows once a year, in February, and it's pretty when you first look out but after that first look, it's pretty much useless to me. Thank goodness, it's gone the next day. You all can have that stuff. I like it green!
I used to have a life, now I have grandkids.

Well, I don't like the cold... my DH LOVES it, but I don't do well with the cold. But my 4 yr old daughter and I are waiting for enough snow to build a snowman. We want to make him 6 balls tall. HAHAHA!! We will make snow angels too. And maybe go sledding if it ever snows enough. And besides, it just doesn't seem like Christmas time to me without the snow. We were in Florida last year and it didn't seem like Christmas at all. No family close by, no snow, no Christmas lights - except for palm trees and that's just weird.

I LOVE when it's cold. I HATE IT! HATE IT! HATE IT! when it's hot. So obviously I'm not liking Texas (I live in Dallas) during the summer. I just about melt - and that's only in July! There's still august and september to go through.

This year is freakish. I would think it'd be colder by now, but it's not. WTF? I'm anticipating the cold.

                Thank you global warming!

Don't worry about snow - yet. It'll be there sooner or later. When you start shoveling or snowblowing on cold windy mornings, you will not feel the same way.

We got plenty of snow. You can have it all. We enjoyed all night and all morning of snow last Saturday. Then Saturday afternoon it rained. Giving everything a nice coating of ice to top things off. We are supposed to get still more this weekend.

I live in the Bay Area, CA and I always wanted it to snow when I was little. It has only snowed once here when I was 3 (I'm 35 now, so a very RARE occurance) and it was just a tiny bit. When I was a teenager we went up to Tahoe to a cabin and I realized I HATED snow, so not sure why I always wanted to see it as a kid. I guess on tv and the movies it seemed so romantic......lol.

The "hills" around Napa and Clear Lake sometimes get snow.

LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW

Walking in the winter wonderland where snow is glistening & in the lanes, piled up all crashed with cars,
a beautiful sight dashing through the snow falling on my butt...

the weather outside is frightful but the fire is so delightful.
The child the child, shivers in the cold, freezing below zero cold.

I just had an hour & a half of Christmas music blaring while the dentist drilled away at my root canal.
