    Hug your spouse today

I just found out that one of my former co-workers wives died.

They were both around 30, had just bought a house, they had two kids, a 6 year old and a 4 year old.

She died of complications of type 1 diabeties.

I keep thinking about those poor kids and about how hard it would be if I lost my spouse. They have family near by who help them out alot so I'm sure they will be okay. But, it will be hard.

So, go hug your husband or wife and tell them how much you love them.

I'm not married, but I do live with my boyfriend. We hug each other everynight, tell each other thank you for wee things like doing dishes, and IM each other kisses...... just 'cause.

I'm so sorry about your coworker.

Wow, I'm so sorry about your coworker. It is scary and shows you how unpredictable life can be. I have a fiance and two young kids (8 years old and 15 months old) and even through my frustration I remember to hug, kiss and tell them I love them everyday. Thanks for the reminder.
