Sit on the computer all day, when I SHOULD be playing with my daughter, but this is all consuming, I'll be sooooooooo glad when we're done with this!

On those nights when I know I won't sleep well or feel the need for a really deep sleep, I also take 2 benedryl. It's the same thing as Sominex, but much cheaper when you get the store brand.
I used to have a life, now I have grandkids.

Yeah I do that too. Except I really like the new benadryl allergy quick dissolve strips. They're expensive, but still cheaper than sominex and it works much faster

I know how you feel. I kick myself and feel so guilty when I'm on the 'puter all day researching and trying to find peace of mind. I try to declare Sunday as family day since the mailman doesn't come and there are usually no updates on PACER.

I think I saw on another thread that the wheels are starting to turn forward on your case. Once the petition is filed and the stay goes in effect, things will get much better if you are experiencing stress from creditors. The breathing room helped me to smile more and give my family the attention they deserved

              Hang in there!!

Tylenol PM works well too. And you can get generic of that as well.

Yeah, but then you're ingesting acetaminophen as well, which I try to avoid since the liver is the hardest body organ to replace, lol. I do like the advil pm gelcaps tho

Hmmn, how do I relieve stress?

I go for a weekend outing or trip of I have time and extra money. If I have to stay at home, I just listen to mellow songs.

                        Regaining normality

So, I used to do some simple wood working projects and I found some pen kits and blanks. I quit doing it since my bandsaw blade broke and I hadn't got around to replacing it. Yesterday, I found out that the blade wasn't broken, it had just fallen off track. So there I was cutting wood and turning some pens.

It was great...short bursts of concentration and the smell of wood and lemon oil. I felt "NORMAL" again, ya' know, like time was actually moving slow, for the first time in years.
