okay....went to a magazine party last night with all kinds of happenings going on at a lighting gallery...orderves...wine...clothes...and MOJITOS...not like any recipes I had encountered, but like this...
2 tablespoons sugar mixed with water (so it's not grainy)
mint leaves/stems
lime
2 oz. rum
all of the above mushed to bring out mint/flavor, then shook & poured
1 stick sugar cane....for chewing?
They were fantastic! had some brazillian wrapped salmon...heaven...free...wow!
