UPDATE.................... Well, thought this was OVER in Feb or March - but now 960 days later they still have not closed the case...............

Trustee filed final motion in Feb......

Wonder what the PROBLEM IS?????

Called the courthouse, girl said she would check into it................

Sure am tired of getting "jerked around"................

Your trustee is the kind of trustee that gives them all a bad name, Minny. Hope your case finally is closed soon - we're having a big FORUM PARTY on that day for sure!

You've been through hell with your case and deserve what the bk law promises - a fresh start - which your trustee has denied for his own gain. Your district is probably peppered with many unfortunate souls who he's taken advantage of over the years just as he's done to you. God only knows how much money he's raked off for himself - hundreds of thousands of dollars if not more. I only hope you can get the US trustee's interest and have justice at last.
