There's a piece in msnbc.com's Red Tape Chronicles about bank fees. The article is interesting but what really got my attention was some of the reader comments...people who used to work for banks and CC companies. They give a lot of eye-opening insider info and tips. Worth a read. This isn't the most current article posted, it's the 2nd one down, however for anyone who has to make calls to customer service and navigate those dreaded phone trees the first article is full of good advice and strategies.
