I would go back to that last summer vacation when I was fifteen before my first job. I would live every single day of that summer to the fullest. If I had only known I would of enjoyed that last summer of freedom so much more. After that I would of saved all the money I made at the various jobs I had growing up instead of blowing it all on junk. I also would of took school more serious and studied hard and gone on to college instead of goofing off all through high school. I was a really great basketball player in grade school and when I made the team in high school I was more interested in boys so i quit.

dang saucey~ LOL
You and I are playing "posting tag" tonight .....LOLLOL~
And since I am bored, because no one else here is posting but us......LOL
(it's all good!!!) i'm gonna answer your question!
If I had to do it all over again~
I would've STOPPED using the CC the very minute I realized I couldn't pay it off in one month.....
things would be VERY different if I had done that~ VERY DIFFERENT!!!!!!!
So here I am many years later, and that is my vow~ To not use CC's again~ EVER !!!!!
I will use my debit card that acts like a VISA~ if I have to, it goes through my checking account and the money HAS to be there~
I could care less what my credit rating is... or my FICO score....COULD CARE LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CASH ONLY FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have treasured every moment I spent with my mom. I would have made sure that someone was taking videos of her and more pictures so I'd have more to remember her by.
There are certain boyfriends that I would have run the other way when I met them for the first time.
I would never have gotten credit cards at all. I'd have just used a saving account for what I couldn't purchase outright.

I wouldn't be so trusting each time my husband of 27 years told me I had to co-sign for one more consolidation loan or borrow against our house again.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

I would save $$ and never go into debt, and never, ever, ever get a friggin credit card.
Another thing, I wouldn't have taken things so seriously at such a young age. Doing that prevented me from many friendships and relationships. Growing up hard does just that, it makes you hard. In doing so at such a young age, you miss out on a lot of fun simple things that you don't realize until you're older and wiser. When it all boils down to it, its just numbers! Your credit score, your interest rate, your bank account, and your net worth if you're fortunate enough to have one......is your happiness really defined by numbers?

If I could go back in time:
I would have taken better care of me - physically....
I would have had kids - married or not!
Would not have taken a job that took me to other states all the time for years....... leaving behind family and friends.... home on holidays only.Minny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

There is nothing that I would want to go back to do. The only change that I would even consider making if I were to go back would to begin participating in my company's retirement program when I first became eligible instead of waiting 5 years.Filed Pro-se: 01/18/06
