Hello Everyone. Not here to rant. I successfully completed my Chapter 13 but it was a painful process. If I can help anyone to avoid some of the obstacles, I ran into I will be glad to share my experience.

Almost by definition Chapter 13's aren't meant to be a cake walk; those of us who've been in them have had various challenges getting through the five years.Chapter 13 (not 100%):- Burned: AMEX, Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, and South County Bank cum Bank of Southern California

Being in a Chapter 13 is no different than in life without one, with one exception. The exception is that you can't use credit as a crutch and you are forced to pay your creditors (via the Trustee) on time. That's it in a nutshell.
Life without credit can be done. During my Chapter 13 I traveled extensively for work. I funded a $5K secured credit card. I was motivated to immediately submit expense reports. During that time, I filed them within minutes of being home (having worked on them on the flight back home). I made it work and never complained about the work travel; I just went where I was told.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
