Welcome to BKForum.
There is a pre-filing course known as the credit counseling course. That's required to file a Chapter 13.
The course you are talking about is the financial management ("debtor education") course which is also known a the "second" course. This one must be completed in order for the discharge to be entered.
You can check the following website to find the approved providers after selecting the district of your case which is DISTRICT OF COLORADO: https://www.justice.gov/ust/list-app...btor-education (Scroll down to where it reads " Approved Debtor Education Providers" and select your State and then click APPLY.)
Here's a hint: don't just select the first one at the top of the list. They add numbers and characters in the name to that they are listed higher. This is just an alphabetical list. The position means nothing.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
