Got my BK Final Decree back in 2017 and now when I run a SOFTPULL credit report in 2024 I still find my Patelco credit card listed. They closed my account as soon as I managed to pay off my house that had a Patelco home loan. So why is this still on the Softpull credit report and how do I get it removed?

Accounts can stay on your reports for up to 10 years. Are there any derogatory marks on that account?
