I am filing for Ch 7 in the state of Texas for my daughter she has a mental disabillity and she is unable to do it for herself and we have too much money to qualify for legal aid but not enough to pay for an attorney

I just did chapter 7 in tx. I paid my lawyer up front but you can pay over time You just can’t file until paid
