Hi All!
I filed and discharged originally in 2009 so I could continue my education without the looming debt I incurred beforehand. Now, 15 years later, I find it impossible to make ends meet and pay back all that I owe, namely student loans and back taxes (IRS and state). I'm now married and run an LLC with my spouse, however we do not make enough to cover all the expenses and taxes. Consumer debt is rather low considering I've rarely been able to actually get credit since 2009.
Looking for answers on tax and student loan debts being discharged in BK.
It's nice to have this forum again, but sad I'm back here.
