I was wondering how long it takes for the wage garnishment to happen once the court has made a judgement. I am in process of filing for bankruptcy

There is no way to tell. It is up to the creditor to seek an order from the court to garnish or levy. Only the creditor would know when of if they are going to take that action.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
