    I’m on my way

Spoke to the lawyer I’m using today for an hour. Qualified for chapter 7. Relieved about all my worries. Anxious to get it over. Asked lots of questions about horses. Valuing property. Venmo. She said she’s never heart a trustee mention Venmo transactions. And no one wants old horses. She also said capital one will be sending offers as soon as it’s closed.

Very nice to read that your lawyer has helped to relieve your stress.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Congratulations Flgranny, get the monkey off your back and sleep better at night. CapitalOne is an odd duck, you have a better chance of getting a good credit limit with middling credit scores right after a bankruptcy then you do once your scores recover up into the 800s.
      Chapter 13 (not 100%):
      • Burned: AMEX, Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, and South County Bank cum Bank of Southern California
      • Filed: 26-Feb-2015
      • MoC: 01-Mar-2015
      • 1st Payment (posted): 23-Mar-2015
      • 60th Payment (posted): 07-Feb-2020
      • Discharged: 04-Mar-2020
      • Closed: 23-Jun-2020

Wow, my Trustee wanted every financial statement possible. I only had $9 in PayPal and she still wanted it -lol. I filed Chapter 13 so maybe that's the difference.
