I am new to the forum just looking for life after chapter 13 discharge. I am ready to rebuild my credit. Need a new car.

Regarding a new car; you have three basic options:

1. Keep your current car running for at least six months, preferably a year, and then apply for a car loan; this will provide you with a loan with reasonable interest rates.
2. Apply for a loan now and pay high interest rates.
3. Compromise between 1 and 2, buy now, pay high rates for six months to a year, and then refinance the vehicle.
