Welcome to BKForum. Just head over to the Before the Discharge and After the Discharge sections and you'll see plenty of information. Remember that 95% of Chapter 7 cases are no asset cases and pass through quite easily. The asset cases can get complicated. Even in complicated asset cases there is usually nothing generally for concern.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.

Good move to file BK if you need it. Debt can be overwhelming, with all the predatory fees and interest rates that creditors conveniently come up with to take your money.
Just be 100% honest in your filing. Don't mess with hiding assets, etc. Find an attorney that has a great reputation in your community as well. Pay a few extra bucks to get the best.
Finally, just relax, and be thankful you live in a somewhat civil society, that allows for these "fresh starts". That is what you are getting when you file BK. You also happened to be in the best place on the "web" for information on bankruptcy.
