It’s finally over.

I filed chapter 13 on July 23rd, 2018. Today I got word from my attorney that the bankruptcy was discharged as of October 13, 2023.

It wasn't always easy, and my monthly payment of $2,820.79 had me wondering how I was going to do it all. But I did and it’s done.

Now if I can get the almost $4500.00 overpayment back from the trustee (I know it takes time) I’d be better off.

Moral of the story. You can do it. Just take it one day at a time.

Congratulations, but OUCH, $2,820.79 is one of the higher plan amounts.
