I don't have control over the minimum post number. I believe the number is somewhere between 5-10 posts. It's to prevent spammers from abusing the system.

** it may be set even higher, I just don't know the current setting

Please let us know if your PMs are working still. We have a little restriction in place so that newly registered users can't send PMs, but looks like you meet all criteria. Let me know if you still have issues and I will look further into it.

Yeah, I am not able to send one either. I've been trying to respond to a PM from Shipo... but I get the same error.

Shipo, if you read this, my username is my 2 dogs names: Ragnar, and DJ. Ragnar was named from the Viking. DJ is short for His Majesty Don Julio the Bull (DJ... Don Julio as in the Tequila)
