I didn't read the links you have presented, but the leak is a major issue with the court. There should be no such leaks and I hope that is dealt with seriously. As for the possible decision I have read that abortion is not a constitution issue and should have never been such. Constitutionally it should be dealt with at the state level and I believe that is what this possible decision might be based on.

I would not be surprised if it was 'leaked' by the justices themselves looking to sway the eventual vote. My theory is that the 'leak' will be used as a political rally cry, media distraction period, and general disorder for summer time.
