AZ BK7 Atty?

Any chance I can get a referral for an Atty in the Chandler, Arizona area? Should be a walk through 7 EXCEPT for a paid off RV. 75% of the debt is medical bills, no cc use is over a year.

There are numerous bk attnys in the east valley. If the case is "simply" there should be no problem. Check the phone book (do we still have phone books?) or use Google.

The bigger problem is that RV. Please elaborate if you wish. . . year, make, model and estimated value. There is no exemption to cover it so unless it is trashed or you are willing to buy it back as the highest bidder, you are not keeping it if you file a 7.

Edt to qualify. . . unless you can find a way to finagle it so that the RV "qualifies" for the vehicle exemption which is $6,000.00 (doubled if married and only one vehicle declared exempt) but such is very risky.
