Unfortunately, I've put off filing for 2 years now waiting or foreclosure. It's been 5 years total.
the 2nd mortgage recently won a deficiency judgement against me, so I'm kind of backed into a corner. Hopefully I an DIL to the 1st mortgage, but if not, I'm prepared to pay the dues until foreclosure. Luckily they won't be too bad without all te interest and attorney fees added on.
What a complete nightmare this as turned out to be!
