Well some good news for me - finally!

I will be getting a refund of what I had paid minus my retainer money. I'm ok with that b/c we did exchange quite a few emails.

i'm so GLAD!!!!! i'm sure you'll find someone so much better. i haven't seen them on tv...LOL!! but i guess you have to watch tv to see them on tv right!!

I do have 2 consults set up for next week. Not looking forward to going down town with the Casey Anthony circus but what are ya gonna do....

I have a gut feeling I already now who I want b/c this attorney actually took the time and talked to me on the phone and wanted to know my whole situation. He also said he would do the means test for me at the consult. The other firm said they would only do it once I paid them in full just like KEL.

A bankruptcy judge lifted the ban on KEL last week, so they're back in the bankruptcy business.
