Interesting... I would have thought that the percent of delinquent credit cards would be as high or higher than mortgages. ???
So people stop paying their mortgage before credit cards? That doesn't seem to be what we read about from personal experiences.Wife Laid off - 11/16/2009 Missed First Payments - 12/5/2009

I remember reading some article (from yahoo or msn) a couple of months ago that mentioned that people started paying their credit cards bills more than their mortgage. The author of the article stating that this is the recent trend probably due to the drop in their houses values while they need the daily needs that credit cards provide. From my own experience, this is kind of mixed.Filed chapter 7 Jul 13, 2010 341 hearing Aug 12, 2010 Trustee's report of no distribution Aug 20, 2010 Discharged Oct 13, 2010 Closed Oct 28, 2010.
